Graduation is making a choice, and it's whenever it gets offered to you. It really depends on when the higher-ups and lower-downs think you might accept. Afterwards really depends on what you picked.

Hell bribes you with a wish, but you're theirs after that.

If you can refuse them you count as a win in Heaven's pocket, and you get to go home.

There's no way to work towards it to get it faster, it's just up to the whims of people?
